Implementation

Procurement and Logistics

After design acceptance by the customer, the InnerWireless project manager finalizes the installation subcontract (can be the customer's choice or and InnerWireless strategic installation partner) and schedules the delivery of the InnerWireless infrastructure materials. InnerWireless will have clearly defined roles and responsibilities for all involved parties to ensure a well-coordinated deployment.

Installation

Prior to installation, the InnerWireless team will train and certify the local third-party installation crews on the proven InnerWireless infrastructure installation methods and subsystem testing procedures. To supplement this training, InnerWireless has developed the "Wireless Distribution System (WDS) Installation Manual." The manual is comprised of a detailed set of procedures, complemented by graphic illustrations for ease of installation.”

Acceptance Test

The installation phase will conclude with completion of the System Level Functional Customer Acceptance Test Plan (ATP). The purpose of this ATP is to provide a controlled procedure to quantify the InnerWireless system performance, as well as the installation integrity and performance of each component within the system. The ATP will document pass/fail criteria related to the system requirements and will validate the prediction provided during the engineering design phase of the system deployment.

The InnerWireless team will perform a full sequence of tests to ensure integrity of the system. These subsystem tests include: Wireless Portal Insertion Loss System Testing, Cable Quality Tests and Riser Cable Testing to ensure that all connections and components comply with InnerWireless specifications.
