InnerWireless® Adds Christopher Click as Vice President of Marketing

Click to leverage 20 years of product and service marketing experience to lead company's strategic marketing direction

RICHARDSON, Texas – May 22, 2006 – InnerWireless®, Inc., leading provider of in-building wireless systems, today announced the addition of Christopher Click as vice president of marketing. Click joins InnerWireless' senior leadership team and will work to position the Richardson-based company in its targeted market segments and aggressively extend InnerWireless' extensive client roster.

Click's responsibilities will help accelerate InnerWireless' presence in the commercial, healthcare and government sectors. InnerWireless has already deployed its broadband wireless utility system in many of the nation's most impressive structures, including New York City's Time Warner Center and Children's Memorial Hospital of Chicago, and the company will leverage Click's marketing experiences to develop customer-focused marketing strategies, maintain existing client relationships and outreach to new stakeholders.

"As more developers and building owners realize the importance of installing in-building broadband wireless systems in large commercial properties, hospitals and federal government agencies, InnerWireless needs an industry-tested professional who can effectively communicate with new and existing clients, as well as develop key marketing strategies," said InnerWireless President and CEO Ed Cantwell. "With the addition of Chris Click as vice president of marketing, we are confident that InnerWireless will further excel as a leader in this market. Chris will help to effectively grow and maintain client relationships and develop new and creative marketing strategies that will rival and exceed that of our competitors."

Click has held numerous leadership positions in the healthcare IT industry, directing medical physics programs, managing technical product development, leading product management and overseeing global product lines. Before joining InnerWireless, Click was the director of the Radiology IT Marketing Group for Philips Medical Systems, a leading manufacturer of medical imaging equipment worldwide.

Click also was director of the Medical Products Group for Research Systems Inc. (RSI), which designs and markets software for data analysis and visualization.  While at RSI, Click headed the product marketing, engineering and sales teams.  Click also spent extensive time with AGFA Corporation, a leading provider of healthcare imaging and IT products, as a marketing manager responsible for supervising product management teams and directing the cross-functional back-office software engineering group.

“Joining InnerWireless’ leadership team is an outstanding opportunity to help increase the momentum of a remarkably successful company,” said Click.  “InnerWireless’ focus on its customers has helped propel the company to its leadership position, and I’m excited to extend and concentrate that focus for even greater growth.”
